[폴리뉴스 김승훈 기자] 헌법재판소는 6일 윤석열 대통령 탄핵심판 6차 변론기일을 열었다. 이날은 12·3 비상계엄 당시 국회에 투입된 군병력을 지휘한 김현태 특전사 707특수임무단장과 곽종근 전 육군 특수전사령관이 증인으로 출석해 계엄 당시 국회의원이 150명(계엄해제 의결 정족수)을 넘으면 안된다는 말을 들었다고 증언했다. 

특히, 곽 전 사령관은 "윤 대통령이 국회의사당 내에 있는 '인원'들을 데리고 나오라고 지시했으며 자신은 이를 국회의원이라고 이해했다"고 말했다.

이후 증인으로 출석한 박춘섭 대통령실 경제수석은 야당의 줄탄핵과 재정부담, 일방적 입법 시도, 예산의 일방 삭감 등이 계엄의 종합적 원인이 됐을 것으로 판단한다고 말했다.

박 수석은 국회 측이 "예산 전문가이니 경제적 관점에서 국정이 마비된다고 해서 계엄을 선포했다고 보냐"고 묻자 이같이 답했다.
